We've had a fab day in Thornton today with the lovely Lyn. We had a great meal at her local hostellery. Steve and I were then going to to see Gwenda, who has shingles and I thought we could cheer her up. What I didn't realise was that now I've had shingles I can get them again, especially if I am not too good. Thanks Lyn - I could have ended up with another dose and I've still got some spots left from last time. xxx
